If you haven’t already experienced the fun of a Pretty in Pink Spa™ Party you may have some questions about what to expect. At Pretty in Pink Spa™we wish all of our guests a wonderful fun filled experience from the moment they walk through our doors. To help us achieve and maintain a fun and safe environment we ask that all of our patrons follow the Pretty in Pink rules listed here. You’ll also find a list of frequently asked questions to help you prepare for your Pretty in Pink Spa™Party Package experience.
Q: HOW DO I RESERVE A PARTY CELEBRATION TIME?
A: Celebrations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. When a celebration date and time have been agreed upon a 50% non refundable deposit will be required to secure your date and time for the celebration.
Q: WHAT IS THE COST OF THE PARTY CELEBRATIONS?
A: Our parties start at $295.00/6 girls. Please refer to our Party Packages page for more information on each party package and pricing. Also please note we have an event planner on site who is able to add additional features to your package making your event just as you imagined.
Q: WHEN DO I NEED TO GIVE THE FINAL GUEST COUNT?
A: We will contact you 7 days prior to your celebration to confirm the exact headcount. This information is important as it allows Pretty In Pink to prepare accordingly for your celebration. Please note that you will be charged the total number of girls that is submitted on your party contract form. Regrettably, we will not refund any monies for unexpected cancelled guests.
Q: WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR PARTY PACKAGES AND SERVICES?
A: We ask that girls be turning 5. We find this is the age that girls are able to start enjoying spa services.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY PARTY?
A: Please be advised should the birthday girl fall ill, her party can be rescheduled for a weekday celebration at no additional charge. Should it be necessary to reschedule her celebration to a future Saturday or Sunday date, an additional charge of $100 will be applied.
Q: WHAT IF I HAVE LESS THAN 6 GUESTS FOR MY PARTY?
A: Our private parties are calculated for 6 guests and include the birthday girl. You may have additional guests at any of our celebrations. Additional guests fees are listed under our Party Packages link. Maximum attendance at Pretty in Pink Spa™ parties is 20 guests. If you are anticipating a group of 15 or more guests please let us know when booking your celebration so we may schedule you appropriately. For parties less than 6, please refer to our day spa menu for individual services.
Q: DO PARENTS STAY DURING THE PARTY?
A: The birthday girl’s parents may stay in our lounge during the party. Please note this is a Drop off Party. The parents of the invited guests are asked to drop off their children 10 minutes prior to the party and pick up at the exact end time of the scheduled party. Please note any adults that enter the party room on behalf of your party are aware of the policies outlined in the party contract that is submitted by you online.
Q: WHAT ABOUT SIBLINGS AND UNEXPECTED GUESTS?
A: If a child is expected to participate in the party in anyway please include them in your total guest count. Siblings and unexpected guests not participating in the spa celebration MUST remain in the lounge with a supervised guardian.
Q: WHAT TYPE OF NAIL POLISH IS USED DURING SERVICES AND PARTIES?
A: We pride ourselves on using Piggy Paint Nail Polish. This water based nail polish is non-toxic, odourless, and hypoallergenic. Due to the natural ingredients of the Piggy Paint Nail Polish, the polish will begin to wear off with exposure to water. If you prefer nail polish from our 3 Free Butter Nail Polish line please request this at the time of booking. Please note there is a small surcharge for this option.
Q: DOES MY PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDE LOOT BAGS?
A: Food and cupcakes are included. However Loot bags can be provided by Pretty in Pink Spa™ at an additional charge.
Q: WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard or Debit. The balance is due upon checkout.
Q: HOW DO I BOOK PACKAGE ADD-ON ITEMS FOR MY CELEBRATION?
A: All package add-on items are to be included on our party contract form under “special requests.” Please note the Photo DVD will be ready for pick-up 5 days after your celebration. Alternatively, the Photo DVD can be mailed out to your home address for an additional $5.
